Kill Bill Vol. 3? Yes Please.

One of my favorite directors in the horror/gore genre, Quentin Tarantino has announced that there will a third installment of his famous Kill Bill movies. I for one cannot be more excited about this as the Kill Bill movies are my favorites by Tarantino, next to Death Proof. Typically I am not a fan of sequels but in this case I think I’ll make an exception as I have faith in Tarantino’s creative and writing abilities. According to IMDB, the only confirmed cast members are Uma Thurman and Daryl Hannah, both reprising their roles from the previous Kill Bill films. Other than this, not much else is known about the upcoming film. Audiences and fans will have to wait though for Tarantino to finish up his current project Django Unchained which is also garnering a lot of buzz right now.

It will be very interesting to see how Tarantino carries on the series since The Bride did kill Bill in Vol. 2. And how does Elle play a role in this film since her other eye was ripped out by The Bride? Perhaps Kill Bill Vol. 3 will be a prequel, though Vol. 2 did discuss some of The Bride’s past concerning how she became a deadly warrior and why she needed to kill Bill.

For now I guess we’ll just have to wait for more, which is a very daunting prospect because I am incredibly excited for this.

I am so excited about this, most of the things you have posted in the past have related to horror gore genre of movies but for some reason the gore in most of Tarantino’s movies is done rather tasteful or has a point about it instead of some crazy way of brutally murdering each other. The Kill Bill movies are also one my favorites so another one is a treat but i am a little wary over another installation if the 3rd one will live up to how well the first two were.
